Our team estimates all projects utilizing Page of Nation, Its an industry standard productivity factors to support the time it takes to do each task. Timely material procurement working with top supplier and supporting quality with MTR documentation for systems sign off.

Our execution team are trained and qualified. They are made up from the following crafts: Combination Welders, NCCER Riggers, NCCO Crane Operators, NCCER Boilermakers, NCCER Pipe Fitters, Milwright, Electricians, Tubing Fitters, Iron Workers, Structural Welders and Instrument Technicians.

We provide experienced buyers to work within the industrial sector covering the following: designs, specs, drawings, AWP flow control and AML.

Our recruitment department are tasked to hire skilled craft professionals which are handpicked by the execution team leads, all craft professionals are required to take the in-house craft assessment examination, site specific safety training, and provide updated resume. Our leadership team is required to participate in the company's leadership training program. All supervisors are trained and skilled in the services being provided, they also take pride in their work and customer engagement.

Our home office management team deliver detailed cost reporting, productivity analysis and comprehensive cost control.

Onsite leadership established daily or weekly update meetings to report scheduled progress and overall project health.

MINIMIZING COST AND DOWNTIME

Pioneer's leadership team has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to planning and executing turnarounds.

Here at Pioneer, we utilize experience leaders that are highly trained and skilled turnaround craft workers. Craft workers must score a 72 or higher on the mechanical craft test, then craft worker must have a minimum of 5 years turnaround experience in order to be qualified as an A level craft worker.

Pioneer provides services for the following; Heat Exchangers (open, clean, inspect and repairs) Tower/Column (OCI, tray repairs, welding and Inspection). Valves replacement and loop checks, piping modifications, pump alignment, structural steel and civil.

Our capabilities extend through all phases of turnaround ( including scope development, planning, material procurement, execution and commissioning.

TEAMWORK & TRANSPARENCY

Our teams work closely with client's scope development team. This is to ensure that all work are properly captured in the work packages, job plans/AWP and field change orders. Our P6 schedules are updated daily with the execution team. All job task turnovers are done in the field in person. Our material procurement personnel provides experience with the following: drawing specs, drawings detail, AWP, AML and bagging and tagging materials.

Our onsite team has constant open communication throughout the project lifecycle from management, to operations on down to the craft level. All materials are ordered in line with our AWP procurement & AWL. Materials are bagged and tagged by Work Orders or Purchase Orders. Pioneer home office management team deliver detailed weekly cost reporting, productivity analysis and comprehensive cost control on PCR.

Quality Controls - Our QA/QC have the following certifications: API 510/570/650/653 and CWI on all projects.

SCAFFOLDING

Pioneer scaffold builders are competent and trained under the 29 CFR 1926.1101 which are part of OSHA L subpart. Our team installs and dismantles scaffolding for any type of industrial services. Most of our scaffolds are Pinlock scaffold and CupLock Scaffold.

INSULATION, FIREPROOFING & COATING

Pioneer insulation, fireproofing & coating division provides safe and quality work for all our clients. Our team work with all assortment of insulation type and uses different paint manufacturers to fit out customer needs and specs.

Insulation Type: Calcium Silicate, Pyrogel, Perlite, Mineral Wool, Foamglas, Trymer and ULVA. Our craftsman are also qualified to fabricate insulation blankets for the following: Ceramic Fiber, Silicone Cloth, S/S Mesh, Anchors, Washers, Tie Wire and Hog Ring Staples.

We install fireproofing on structural steel, piping, walls, vessels and barrier. We utilize an industry leading materials form Caroline, Jotun, PPG. We use Cementitious or Intumescent applications per the manufacture specifications and designs. Painters are qualified through NACE 13, NACE CIP Levels 1-3 all coating projects are maintained with a Nace inspector to follow PIP 007 guidelines for codes, regulations and standards.

CIVIL

Our Civil construction team performs work which includes, foundation, concrete piers, parking lots, road, bridges, columns and pipe & support pillar. Our craft workers perform full site preparations, excavation, earthwork, backfilling, compacting, pile driving, probing, rebar tying and concreting.

Pioneer has joined a joint venture partnership with ALS at 16400 Highway 6, Rosharon TX 77583.

This joint venture partnership is for fabrication and coating projects throughout the gulf coast. The goal is to come together and be more efficient and lower costs for our clients.

We offer a vast array of shop capabilities in our 86,000 square feet facility with and additional 25 acres of of laydown yard.

We have controlled areas for types of materials being welded and 75 tons of overhead crane capacity.

We are Board Certified ASME facility with ''R'', ''U'', & ''S'' stamps.

We offer full turnkey solutions form procurement, material, management, shop drawings, fabrication, blast/paint and transportation.
