Pioneer Production Services experienced catering & housekeeping personnel are experts at maintaining a clean and healthy environment
Pioneer Production Services vessel cooks are responsible for the following:
Preparing Meals for each shift
Properly preparing and cooking of these menus based on dietary standards
Prepare the ordering of all required provisions for his/her hitch
Ensure Galley area is maintained in a clean and sanitized state on a daily basis.
Check all galley refrigerated appliances to ensure they are wor king properly and operating at the current temperature.
Receiving, arranging, pr eparation, documentation and storing of provisions in a safe and healthy manner.
Will attire to all vessel's rules and regulations while onboard vessel.
